Workspaces
A workspace holds one client’s senders, leads, campaigns and conversations, apart from every other’s. Owners and admins make them on the start page (New workspace) and rename them in the workspace’s Settings. Belong to several organizations? Switch in the header.
Archive workspace, at the bottom of its settings, closes it; its campaigns, leads and conversations are kept. Move its senders to another workspace, or remove them, first.
Roles
| Role | Where | Can |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | The whole organization | Everything an admin can, plus white-label and admins. |
| Admin | The whole organization | Workspaces, senders, people and integrations, and everything inside every workspace. |
| Member | The workspaces they are in | Leads, campaigns and the inbox. |
| Client viewer | One workspace | Its Overview (reports and CSV exports) only: no inbox, leads, campaigns or settings. |
Adding people
- Members and client viewers: in the workspace’s Settings, under People, an email address and a role, then Add. Later, Make member, Make client viewer or Remove.
- Admins: owners add them in the organization’s Settings, under Owners and admins.
- Someone new gets an email and signs in with that address: a link by email, or Google. There is no password.
The seat pool
Each LinkedIn account connected to the organization takes a seat, whatever its state, until it is removed. Seat pool, in the organization’s Settings, counts them, and owners and admins can Move to… another workspace there. See pricing.
Credits
One credit buys an AI first line or an email found. Growth plans get 50 a month for each connected sender, Agency 1,000 and Scale 3,000. A month’s grant replaces what was left of the last one: credits do not carry over. The organization’s Settings show the balance under Credits.
Your own domain, logo, and color
Owners can run the console under the agency’s name, for its team and clients, in the organization’s Settings under White-label:
- Upload the Logo (PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG, up to 512 KB; it is saved at once), then fill in the Domain (such as console.youragency.com), pick the Color, and fill in the name Emails come from.
- Add the two DNS records the card shows at your DNS provider:
_reachpool-challenge.console.youragency.com TXT reachpool-verify=…
console.youragency.com CNAME (the address the card names)- Choose Check DNS. DNS changes can take a few minutes to show. Once it says Live, the domain works; its certificate is issued on the first visit.
On that domain, the console shows the agency’s logo, name, and color, sign-in emails come under its name, and only its own people can sign in. Pricing, legal pages and these guides are not shown there.
