Getting started

From signing in to a campaign that sends, in six steps. Each one links to its guide.

1. Sign in

There is no sign-up form: your organization’s owner adds you, and you sign in with the email address they used. On the sign-in page, enter it and choose Email me a sign-in link; the link works once, within 15 minutes. Or choose Continue with Google with the same address. There is no password. To open an organization, talk to us.

2. Make a workspace for a client

Each client gets a workspace: its LinkedIn accounts, leads, campaigns and inbox stay in it, apart from every other client’s. Owners and admins make one on the start page, under New workspace: a name and, if you like, the client’s, then Create workspace.

3. Connect a LinkedIn account

  1. In the workspace, open Senders and choose Connect a sender.
  2. Select the country the account works from, then review or choose its time zone. Both lists are searchable. Choose Continue to LinkedIn.
  3. Sign in on LinkedIn’s own page, shown in the console, as you would on LinkedIn; enter any code LinkedIn asks for. You have 10 minutes.

The account starts warming up: it does a little each day, more as the days go by. See Senders and account safety.

4. Bring in leads

Open Leads and choose Import leads: a CSV file with one row per person and their LinkedIn profile URL. Coming from HeyReach or Expandi? Choose Move in from another tool instead. See Leads.

5. Build the campaign and start it

  1. Open Campaigns, choose New campaign, give it a name and Create and build.
  2. Add its steps, for example View profile, Send invitation, Wait, then If the lead… accepted the invitation: Send message. Then Save steps.
  3. Under Sender pool, tick the accounts it sends from and Save sender pool.
  4. Add leads: on your import’s page, choose the campaign and Add these leads to the campaign.
  5. On the campaign’s page, Start campaign.

Each sender works its share within its own working hours and daily limits. See Campaigns.

6. Answer the replies

Replies arrive in the workspace’s Inbox, labeled by AI (interested, not now, and so on), where your team assigns, snoozes and answers them. See Inbox.
